Formuler boxes ship with MYTVOnline built in, so there is nothing to install. You add EyePTV as a content source with your server URL, username and password, and the box does the rest. Six steps, about five minutes.
The three versions put the same setting in three different places, which is why most Formuler guides confuse people. Check the table above once, then follow the steps — everything after step 2 is identical on all of them. Formuler makes the box and the player; EyePTV supplies the channels.
Connected by Ethernet or Wi-Fi before you open MYTVOnline.
Already on the box. Nothing to sideload, no Play Store needed.

From the Formuler home screen, open MYTVOnline. Depending on your model it will be labelled MYTVOnline2, MYTVOnline3 or MYTVOnline4.
Nothing to install — the player is already on the box.
Where this lives depends on your MYTVOnline version — check the table above if you're not sure which you have.
MYTVOnline 2: Menu → Connections. MYTVOnline 3: Menu → Content Manager → Content Sources. MYTVOnline 4: Menu → Settings → App Settings → Content Sources.
Choose + Add and then Add Portal. A form opens with Portal Nickname, Portal URL, Login required, User ID, Password and an ID field.
Turn Login required to ON. Formuler's own support confirms this is what reveals the User ID and Password fields for an Xtream Codes connection.
If it stays off, you'll have nowhere to put your username and the connection will fail.
Portal Nickname: type EyePTV. Portal URL: the server address we sent you. User ID and Password: exactly as we sent them.
Leave EPG Offset and anything under Advanced at their defaults unless we tell you otherwise. Then select Connect — MYTVOnline checks the account and imports the source.
Your Live TV, guide, movies and series load from the source you just added. That's the setup done.
When we add channels or your guide looks stale, open Content Sources, select EyePTV and choose Refresh Contents. Worth knowing now so you're not messaging us about a missing channel that a refresh would have fixed.
Some EyePTV setups are bound to your box rather than to a username. In that case the flow is the same up to step 4, then it changes: leave Login required OFF, send us the ID shown on the Add Portal screen, wait for us to activate it, then enter the Portal URL and select Connect.
Send the ID from inside MYTVOnline, not the one in Android settings. They are different values and this is the single most common reason a Formuler MAC portal never activates. Many models show an ID beginning 00:1A; MYTVOnline3 on the Z11 introduced a default beginning 00:1E:B8.
MYTVOnline takes M3U playlists too. Choose + Add and then Add M3U Playlist instead of Add Portal, paste the full EyePTV playlist URL, add the EPG / XMLTV link if we sent one, then save.
Where you have the choice, the Xtream Codes route above is the better one on Formuler: the guide data comes through more reliably and Refresh Contents behaves better. If you only received an M3U link, message us and we'll check whether Xtream credentials are available on your account.
The five things that go wrong on Formuler, and how to fix them.
On an Xtream setup, check Login required is actually ON — if it's off, the box never sends your username. Then re-read the server URL, username and password character by character. On a MAC portal it's the opposite: Login required should be OFF.
You're on MYTVOnline 2, which calls it Connections instead. Check the table at the top of this page — the setting exists on every version, it just moved twice.
The ID shown on the MYTVOnline Add Portal screen, not the Wi-Fi or Ethernet MAC from Android settings. They're different, and sending the wrong one means the portal never activates.
Open Content Sources, select EyePTV and choose Refresh Contents. MYTVOnline caches the channel list, so additions on our side don't appear until the box pulls them.
Catch-up has to come from the source for that specific channel — MYTVOnline can't generate it. Tell us which channel and we'll check whether it carries catch-up on your package.
Set EPG Offset on the content source rather than changing the box clock. Tell us your timezone and we'll tell you the value to use.
