Two separate things. TiviMate is the player that runs on your TV. EyePTV is the service that supplies your channels. TiviMate has no channels of its own. Buying TiviMate Premium unlocks features inside the app — it is not a subscription to anything and it does not include an EyePTV plan.
Android TV looks slightly different across TV brands and boxes, so follow the button names rather than the exact layout: Apps → Google Play Store → TiviMate → Install → Add playlist.
From the Android TV home screen, open Apps and select Google Play Store. This is Google's own recommended way of installing anything on Android TV.
Search for TiviMate IPTV Player, then select Install.
When the install finishes, select Open. TiviMate is built for big screens and remote-control navigation, so everything works from the D-pad.
On first launch TiviMate tells you it does not supply any TV sources of its own. Select Add playlist to connect it to your EyePTV service.
Select M3U playlist. That is the right option if we sent you one long link starting with http:// or https://.
Type the full M3U / M3U8 URL we sent you on WhatsApp, then select Next.
TiviMate connects and reads the playlist. When it shows Playlist is processed, name it EyePTV if it asks, then select Next or Done.
Your channels, groups and TV guide load into the player. Depending on your package you will also see movies and series sections. That's you done.
Some EyePTV setups come as three separate values rather than one long link: a server URL, a username and a password. In that case use TiviMate's Xtream Codes option instead of M3U — everything else on this page stays the same.
Xtream Codes usually pulls the TV guide in automatically, so it is the easier of the two if you have the choice.
The four things that go wrong most often on Android TV, and how to fix them.
Check the device is running real Android TV with Google Play, not a manufacturer's own smart-TV system — plenty of TVs advertised as "Android" are not. If there is no Play Store on it, TiviMate's official site also offers the Android TV file directly. Message us and we'll confirm what your model needs.
Copy the whole link again and watch for a stray space at either end. Check your subscription is active. And if we gave you a server URL with a username and password rather than one long link, use Xtream Codes instead of M3U.
If we sent you a separate EPG / XMLTV link, add it under TiviMate's EPG settings. On Xtream Codes the guide normally arrives on its own — give it a few minutes on first load before assuming it's broken.
No. TiviMate is a separate player made by another company. EyePTV supplies the playlist you load into it. If TiviMate asks you to pay for Premium, that's their app licence, not us — you don't need it to watch.
